This Spanish Revival Commercial building was built in 1926. The Boy Scouts and the Stone Store occupied portions of the building. By 1930, The Dreamland Hall (a dance hall) was on the occupied the former Boy Scouts location and ACE Furniture had moved in. By 1935, Bascou Bakery, Sattie Electrical Appliances and H.E. By 1940 Dreamland Dance Hall had become the Treanan Ballroom, the fruit stand was the De Bono Delicatessen and the ground floor was converted to Blacks Grocery Store.
